Copthorne Complete Home care Limited was established in May 2022, previously known as Thamas Continental Home Care Ltd which was established in January 2018, born out of personal experience and commitment to provide high-quality person-centred care to clients living in their own homes and the elderly who mainly are unable to carry daily tasks on their own, disabled clients and those who needs recovering in respite care.

- To ensure through screening during recruitment and aim on 6 Cs to all staff Communication, Commitment, Compassionate, Courage, Care, Competent
- Developing robust policies and procedures in line with relevant legislative requirement and having up to date information for clients and making it accessible.
- Information accessible for prospective and existing service users and their representatives.
- Flexibility in delivering care to meet the changing needs of those who use its services.
- Continuity in care through named carers, giving care according to care plans.
- Respecting and listening to clients’ comments and grievances and their representative to develop improve services, and to allow responsible individual to continuously monitor, evaluate and develop good practices through quality assurance system.
The care we provide to our clients will give them the choice to remain independent in
their own homes. Our geographical area covers the whole of Shrewsbury and the
surrounding districts. The Care Quality Commission (CQC) are the board which
regulates and inspect Copthorne Complete Home Care Limited. We comply with all
CQC essential standards of quality and safety 2010 and aim to always exceed the
National Minimum Standards that these require constant reviewing, monitoring, and
updating all areas of the business.
